    Ingredients
    150g of white chocolate
    2 packets of waffles - the sweet ones, not the potato ones!
    300g of frozen raspberries
    55g of caster sugar
    1 tablespoon of plain flour
    500ml of sour cream
    3 eggs
    1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence

    - and some icing sugar for the top

    Equipment

    A large oven dish
    A mixing bowl and a big spoon

    How to Make Waffle Berry Pudding

    1. Warm up the oven to 180C, or gas mark 5.

    2. Break up the chocolate and chop up the waffles into good-size pieces.

    3. Put the chocolate, the pieces of waffle and the raspberries in the oven dish.

    4. Mix together all the other ingredients (except the icing sugar). That’s:

    - 55g of caster sugar
    - 1 tablespoon of plain flour
    - 500ml of sour cream
    - 3 eggs
    - 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence

    5. Pour the mixture into the oven dish. It’s ready to cook!

    6. Stick the dish in the oven for about 25 minutes.

    7. When your waffle berry pudding looks done, take it out carefully and sprinkle it with icing sugar.

    Job’s a good ‘un. Waffly, waffly good!
